Create 3X Faster with These Marketing Prompts

November 17, 20253 min read

If you ever sit down to write a post or email and immediately feel stuck, you’re not alone.

For most business owners, content creation feels like one big time-suck, especially when you don’t know what to say, how to say it, or where to post it.

But here’s the thing: once you know how to prompt AI the right way, you can create faster and repurpose smarter. I’m talking about turning a single idea into a blog, captions, emails, and more, without starting from scratch each time.

Let me show you how to do it.

Step 1: Use AI to Brainstorm What to Talk About

Coming up with fresh content ideas shouldn't take hours. Here’s how to make AI your content strategist:

Prompt to use:

Act like a content strategist. Give me 10 blog topic ideas that would help [audience] solve [problem]. Keep them specific and aligned with my services.

Example:

Give me 10 blog ideas to help wedding planners get more leads from Instagram.

Pick one idea, and that becomes your long-form content focus for the week.

Step 2: Create the Core Content Piece

With your idea in hand, now it's time to build your anchor content. This could be a blog post, video script, or long-form email.

Prompt to use:

Write a blog post based on this idea: [insert idea]. Make it sound like me, friendly, clear, helpful. Include three main sections and a call to action at the end.

Quick Tip: This same prompt works for a podcast script, YouTube outline, or newsletter. You’re not locked into one format.

Step 3: Repurpose It Into Multiple Formats

Now let AI help you turn that one piece into a bunch of smaller content blocks. No need to rewrite from scratch.

Prompt to use:

Take this blog post and turn it into two Instagram captions, one email newsletter, and one Facebook post. Use my voice: casual, confident, and to the point. Include hooks and CTAs.

Key Insight: This is how you multiply content without multiplying your effort.

Step 4: Save and Reuse Your Best Prompts

This is the most overlooked step. Don’t reinvent the wheel every week. Create a Google Doc or Notion board of your go-to prompts.

Once you have your favorite prompts saved and you’ve Pre-Bake the Oven, you can rinse and repeat this entire process in half the time.

What You Need to Know

How is "Pre-Bake the Oven" related to this process?
Everything works better when ChatGPT already knows your voice, tone, and who it's talking to. Pre-baking is step zero.

Can I use these prompts in other tools besides ChatGPT?
Yes! Most AI writing tools support prompts; the key is how you word them.

What kind of content works best for this workflow?
Educational, how-to, or problem-solving content translates really well. But you can adapt it to promotions, announcements, and more.

How often should I repeat this process?
Ideally, once a week. But even doing it biweekly or monthly can keep your content calendar full and stress-free.
